The Teacher's Lounge Atlanta was established to empower teachers, youth, and parents during the process of learning and unlearning.

Our goal is to target BIPOC youth who have deficits in the areas of reading, math, and writing and provide an individualized learning plan to increase their learning potential and academic achievement.  

Our mission is to encourage student achievement using specialized instruction to address the immediate needs of each student, while also providing support to teachers in their efforts. We understand that teachers are also students and we provide professional learning opportunities to teachers as well as provide training on how to bring connection, equity and inclusion into any learning environment.

Our vision is to create confident leaders who will use their gifts and talents to become effective change agents of the world. Our core values are lifetime learning, accountability, commitment to communities, courageous resilience, collaboration, and transformational leadership.
